1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Timeframe: You may request a return of eligible products within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

1.2 Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, tampering, or damage caused by improper use will not be accepted.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, for the returned product.

1.4 Non-Returnable Products: The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards and other prepaid cards.
  • Software and digital products (including but not limited to downloadable software, digital keys, and eBooks).
  • Customized, modified, or personalized products.
  • Any product that has been used, installed, or modified from its original state.

2. Return Process

2.2 Shipping: You are required to securely package the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping error, or misrepresentation on our part.

2.3 Risk of Loss: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Zed PCs is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or undelivered during the return shipping process. Risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer.

3. Inspection and Refund Process

3.1 Product Inspection: Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect the item to verify its eligibility for return. If the product fails to meet the conditions outlined in Section 1, the return will be rejected, and you will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping fees to have the item returned to you.

3.2 Refunds: If the returned product is accepted, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges incurred during the purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply if the return is due to buyer’s remorse or if the product is missing any original packaging or accessories.

3.3 Refund Notifications: You will receive a notification via email once your return has been processed and the refund initiated. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Exchanges

4.1 Defective Products: If a product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to request an exchange or refund. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. Zed PCs will cover all associated costs, including return shipping and reshipment of the replacement product, where applicable.

4.2 Exchange Process: All exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested replacement product. If the item is unavailable, you will be offered a refund or a similar replacement, subject to your approval.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped or within 12 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will not be processed, and you will need to follow the return procedures outlined in this Policy. If the cancellation is made after 12 hours, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply.

5.2 Refund for Cancellations: If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full or partial refund, including any shipping fees. Note that if the restocking fee applies, the 15% restocking fee will be calculated from the total amount including shipping fee paid by the customer.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

6.1 Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage, along with a description. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged product and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6.2 Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue by shipping the correct product or issuing a refund for the missing item.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Zed PCs’s liability for returned products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Under no circumstances shall Zed PCs be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product or your inability to return it under this Policy.

7.2 Zed PCs reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with the conditions set forth in this Policy.
